Andrew Hodgkins

Managing Director

Andrew has a wealth of experience with over 30 years in the hospitality and events business. Since joining Engage in 2016 he has overseen the extension of a number of major contracts within the sports and entertainment space. During his career Andrew has worked on several Rugby World Cups, FIFA World Cups, Olympic Games and the Cricket World Cup. Outside of Engage Andrew is a keen runner having completed 2 marathons and numerous half marathons an enthusiastic snowboarder and skier.

Oscar Kirby-Hogarty

Group Sales Director

Oscar has been an integral part of the sales team at Engage for over a decade. Under his leadership, he has inspired the most driven, dynamic, and aspirational salesforce in the business’ history. Outside of work, Oscar is a keen football fan and player, representing Earlsfield United and following Chelsea through the season. He is also a keen runner, most notably having completed the 2021 London Marathon raising 15k for a charity close to his heart.

Tom is founder and CEO of Engage, with over 25 years industry experience. Over the past 2 decades, Tom has led the business from strength to strength delivering growth and success for the business and its partners. Tom’s dedicated approach is to support his team and those we engage with to maximise every opportunity and find the best commercial solutions that deliver mutual benefits to all. Tom is a passionate sports fan, who believes in the combined strength of individuals working as a team, and coaches grassroots football in North London.

Laura McKenzie

Finance Director

Laura is an experienced Finance Director, working in venture capital, impact investing, micro finance, corporate finance and strategy consulting roles in the UK, Australia and India over the last 20 years. She has been recognised in numerous accolades including Westpac AFR 100 Women of Influence 2016, Telstra Businesswomen of the Year Innovation Finalist 2014. Laura has leveraged her technology expertise to ensure Engage’s finance function is best in class. Laura has been a Brighton and Hove Albion supporter since the 1983 FA Cup Final and is a proud season ticket holder.

Over the last 25 years Chad has sold and operated hospitality programmes around the world at some of the most talked about major sporting events. Chad has successfully worked on over 30 global events and personally overseen the delivery of hospitality sales targets across successive Rugby World Cups, Football World Cups and Olympic Games hospitality programmes. Above all and together with senior management, Chad marshals the full resources of the Engage Group to deliver on promises made.
